Live2D model offering is priced like this because of few things:
+ I made a very simple Live2D model before, but it was for a mascot like character that doesn't reflect my skill at this point.
+ I don't have any other examples because I lack time to make them
+ My skills in Live2D are pretty advanced, considering "standard" on the market and I use Live2D every day for animation
+ My price calculation was basically looking at market standard price and skill and diving it by 2 or 3 depending on point of reference. I think that's fair since I have no examples though I am sure I can provide a great model.
I've worked with countless clients before on other commissions and I want to start making Live2D models and this is a way for me to be able to.
TURNAROUND 1-2 months, I won;t be taking any other commissions for a month to fully focus on that so I can only take this comm 2 months in advance to accomodate for it in my schedule. DM with any questions u might have or to discuss price for smaller sizes like bust/half body/chibi or any additional animations, outfits etc.

+ COMMISSIONS ARE DIGITAL ONLY, UNTIL STATED OTHERWISE
+ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request
+ every commission is for PRIVATE USE ONLY until stated otherwise (look below for Emotes and VTuber models specific terms)
+ prices are in USD
+ if you want to use the artwork for any monetary gains/commercial use like streaming, merchandise etc. you need to pay +50% to 100% commercial fee (look below for Emotes and VTuber models specific terms)
+ every commission is paid upfront
+ if commission is over $100 - payment can be split, first payment upfront, second after 50% of work is done
+ payment is done through Paypal
+ after invoice is sent you have 3 days to pay it - after that your commission will be canceled
+ two revisions are included in the price - one major after I make a sketch, and one minor(color adjustment, placement etc.) when commission is almost finished. Any additional revision is paid extra, price for additional revision varies depending on commission
+ rush order is + 50% to 100% of the original price depending on what the commission is
+ I reserve the right to raise prices depending on complexity of the commission
+ if artwork is used as avatar/profile picture, banner etc. - credit in Bio/About
+ if used in a tweet, social media post etc. - credit in tweet, post itself or in replies
+ you have no rights to refund the artwork
+ I retain all the rights to the artwork made, I can share it as part of my portfolio, commission example etc., but your commission won't be sold to anyone else

+ if the artwork is used ANYWHERE on your streams, as emote, overlay element etc. - credit somewhere on your Twitch page(in About section or a Panel)
+ if commission was for emotes - you have to attribute them on your channel to my channel on twitch, OrangeKami
+ you can use the artwork anywhere on your channel only
+ if artwork is gifted to someone - let me know beforehand
+ if you want to use the artwork for any monetary gains OUTSIDE OF STREAMING(streaming use is included in the price already) like merch etc. - you need to pay extended commercial licence fee which is +50% of the price
